Well you can train to teach right here at Bromley Heath Junior School or one of the other NEXUS schools. We believe young children are our future and that they deserve inspiring and skilled teachers who can give them the best start in life. Join our School Direct PGCE course where you will be part of the team from day one and receive high quality training and support to turn your talent to teaching.

School Direct is a one year full-time course designed to expertly train you as a Primary teacher, ensuring you have developed the skills and knowledge you need to deliver creative and challenging teaching and learning. Our programme is delivered by our most valuable resource – the excellent staff in our schools who are in the best position to prepare trainee teachers for excellence in their own practice – and is enhanced by attending The University of the West of England.
