Year 2/3 Transition

Dear parents/carers

As we are unable to send home any paperwork this year can you please download, complete and return the following forms either by email to school@bhjs.org.uk, or post in the red postbox outside the main junior school entrance.

The forms that you need to complete and return by Friday 17th July are:

  • The Integra Consent form
  • The School Vision Statement
  • The GDP parent/carer Acceptable Use Policy & permission form

Additionally you will have been emailed a data collection form, which you were asked to check your contact details. Please ensure you have also returned these details by 17th July if you haven’t already replied.

For reference you will also find on this page links to the documents previously emailed. These are the ‘Welcome letter’, ‘The transition booklet’, and ‘Welcome leaflet’ which you might find helpful to share with your child during the summer.

Information concerning Parentpay.  Parentpay is the cashless system used in school for booking and payment of dinner money, trips, and music lessons. All school meals MUST be booked in advance (with menu choices) and paid for via Parentpay.  Individual passwords will be emailed before the end of this term. If you have previously had a parentpay password for Breakfast or T club accounts you will be issued a new password.
